East Texas Man Faces Continuous Sexual Abuse Charges

Wood County judicial records show that 21-year-old  Christopher Matthew Phillips of Lufkin, was arrested Friday on an out-of-county warrant for continuous sexual abuse of a child. He was then transferred to Trinity County on Sunday as that is where the warrant stems from. THe victim was reportedly under the age of 14.
