An East Texas man was arrested on multiple felony charges and several misdemeanors. Officials arrested 35-year-old Quientien Sebastian Chambers, of Gregg County, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful restraint of a person under age 17 and criminal trespass. Bond information was unavailable. He was arrested at a convenience store.
