East Texas Man Jailed After Hit And Run

A Greenville man has been arrested following a hit and run incident involving a pedestrian in Commerce. The suspect’s vehicle was later involved in a crash on the I-30 service road and 25-year-old Shiraz Khan of Greenville was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was later charged with Intoxication Assault. His bonds were set at a total of $22,000. The victim was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
