An East Texas man was arrested early Wednesday morning on multiple charges. Bonifacio Billy Maldonado, 32, was taken into custody in Gregg County for violation of parole, unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of between four grams and 200 grams of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000 but an increase in that bond is possible.
