East Texas Man Sentenced For Aggravated Sexual Assault

Harrison County Jail

A fifty-year-old Marshall man has pleaded guilty in Harrison County to two cases of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Bret James Young was sentenced to four years in prison on each case, but the sentences will be served concurrently. Young must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
