East Texas Man Stabs Son

Rusk County Deputies responded Wednesday morning to a disturbance involving a stabbing. Deputies located the victim, notified EMS, and learned that the victim’s father had stabbed him. They charged the father with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and family violence. The son’s wounds were not life-threatening, and they have not released any names.
