U.S. Marshals in Maine arrested 36-year-old Kristopher Dylan Ratcliff, of Gilmer, for the July 4 murder in Ore City. Officials are deporting him back to East Texas. Officials wanted Ratcliff in connection with the murder of 35-year-old Jeremy Vick. They booked Ratcliff into the Harrison County Jail on charges of murder, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
