East Texas Physician Arrested

Dr. Elza Hipke

Authorities released an East Texas physician on a $1 million bond after his arrest for sexual abuse of a child. Longview police arrested 58-year-old Dr. Elza Hipke at his place of employment on two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14-years-old. The Texas Medical Board has suspended his license to practice medicine, effective immediately.
