An accused East Texas child predator has been arrested by multiple law enforcement for allegedly advertising his intent to sexually assault and murder a child. Allegedly, 21-year-old Alexander Nathan Barter, of Shelby County, posted an ad on the dark web asking for anyone interested in allowing him to commit necrophilia and cannibalism to contact him, and gave two encrypted email addresses where he could be reached.
