East Texas Predator Gets Life Without Parole

Smith County found 57-year-old Rainer Wiseman guilty and sentenced him to life in prison without parole for continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14. A prison recently released him after serving a 25-year sentence for a previous sexual assault conviction in another state.
