East Texas Sex Offender At Large

Authorities throughout East Texas are searching for a wanted sex offender. Gregg County authorities say 41-year-old Joseph Wayne Burnette is accused of failure to register as a sex offender and indecent exposure. He’s a white male, 6-1, and weighs 195 pounds.
