East Texas Teens Arrested For Car Wash Burglary

Three East Texas men have been arrested for breaking into  coin operated machines  at a car wash.  17 year old Jose Serrato of Tyler, 19 year old Elizandro Penaloza of Henderson and 18 year old Cristian Miramontes-Cardenas of Tyler have been charged with burglary of a building. Penaloza was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and Serrato was also charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon.
