An East Texas woman has been arrested after an investigation by Longview police, US Postal Inspectors and Homeland Security agents. 59 year old Phyllis King is charged with tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 between four grams and 200 grams, and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 2 between four grams and 200 grams.
