El Paso Man Charged With Delivering High Quality Marijuana

An El Paso man has been arrested for delivery of a large amount of what troopers called “ high grade marijuana”.  Troopers stopped 26 year oldon I-20 in Gregg County for tailgating and not having a front license plate. Troopers became suspicious of Ledford and a subsequent search of his vehicle turned up a duffel bag with numerous packages containing marijuana.  He had a tattoo on his arm saying “ Kill the Cops”.  In addition to the delivery charge he was charged with failure to identify and driving without a license.
