El Paso Mass Shooting Suspect Pleads Not Guilty In 22 Deaths

A 21-year-old Collin County man has pleaded not guilty to capital murder in the fatal shooting of 22 people at El Paso’s Walmart. The plea was entered by Patrick Crusius during his first appearance before a trial judge. Crusius has reportedly confessed to targeting Mexicans in the Aug. 3 attack. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
