Elected Official Sentenced For Theft

 

 

Susan Hughes

A North Texas elected official has pleaded guilty to theft of property by a public official.  55 year old former Cooke County District Clerk Susan Hughes was sentenced to 5 years probation and ordered to repay $3600 to the county.  She was also fined $500.
