Electric Grid Ready For Winter Storm

An arctic blast brings snow to North Texas and bone-chilling cold as far south as San Antonio. The Public Utility Commission says reforms have adequately prepared Texas’ power grid for this weather. Crews are stationed at generators to make sure they can address any issues quickly. Transmission companies have mobile generators to fill the gaps.
