Eligibility Upheld For Mt Vernon FB Players

A District 7-3A, D-I Executive Committee, has approved the eligibility of two Mount Vernon ISD football players. The eligibility of two players was in question because they had transferred to Mt Vernon and were living in a trailer park as they transitioned from Colorado. Three members voted in favor of Mt Vernon while three others abstained. The results of the vote will now be sent to the state UIL for review.
