ERCOT Urges Energy Conservation

ERCOT, the organization that operates the Texas power grid, is asking Texans to conserve power between 6:00 am and 9:00 am this Tuesday. It’s the second straight morning they’ve called for tight grid conditions. This appeal is not an order but a request to help conserve electricity. In other words, don’t have lights on that aren’t necessary.
