Escaped East Texas Inmate Remains At Large

The East Texas man who escaped from the Harrison County Jail Saturday night remains at large, and U.S. Marshals have joined in the search. Authorities say 35-year-old Gary Lynn “Boogie” Gorman, Jr., was aided in his escape by the girlfriend of another inmate. Gorman was believed to be headed for Dallas but also ties to Upshur, Marion, and Gregg counties.
