An East Texas man has been arrested for breaking into a home and stealing $30,000 in property that included a Rolex watch, jewelry and personal items like a passport. Those items were recovered and 20-year-old Jacob Rylie Stevens, of Gun Barrel City, was arrested. More information is expected to be released this week.
