A East Texas homeowner thwarted a would-be armed burglar. 28 year old Kevin Mitchell Gonzales was arrested after he tried to enter the Longview homeowner’s garage and began fighting with the man. Gonzales fired one round from his gun during the scuffle. The homeowner got the gun away from Gonzales and held him until police arrived. The homeowner was not injured.
