ET Law Enforcement Giving Away Blankets

Several East Texas law enforcement agencies have teamed to give out 10,000 blankets to people and shelters in need. The Upshur, Wood, Smith and  Gregg  County departments are just some of the agencies that are taking part in Operation Blue Shield of Compassion,  started by Lindale Pastor Jim Dill.
