ET Man Charged With Bomb Threat

An East Texas man has been arrested by Longview Police who were checking out a disturbance. Officers found 52-year-old Ricky Ray Caraway walking along the highway, and told officers he had a bomb. The highway was closed temporarily until investigators determined that Caraway’s claim was false. He was charged with Making a Terrorist Threat.
