An East Texas man has been arrested after firing several shots at a moving car. Marshall Police responded and located the suspect, Brian Davis, 27, who had allegedly fled the scene of the shooting on foot. There were no injuries. Davis was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Theft of a Firearm. He’s being held in the Harrison County Jail.
