An elderly East Texas man has been sentenced to 99 years in prison after being convicted of his seventh DWI. Reportedly Fred Elton Alexander, 72, of Longview, caused a disturbance by claiming the public handicap parking spot was his. He cursed at the person parked in the spot and threatened to slash the person’s tires if the vehicle wasn’t moved. Alexander then backed into a fence on the property.
