ET Man Jailed For Aggravated Sexual Assault

Gregg County Jail

State Troopers arrested 22-year-old Bradley Dillon Parmer, of Kilgore, on Upshur County warrants for aggravated sexual assault of a child and online solicitation of a minor under the age of 14. Bond was set at the Gregg County Jail at $75,000.
