An East Texas man has been sentenced to prison for killing a woman in 2016. GeKainnon Harris. 20, pleaded guilty to manslaughter, for fatally shooting 26-year-old Alexis Bell at a Longview apartment complex. He received 13 years behind bars and was fined $5,000. As part of the plea agreement, Harris waived his right to an appeal of his conviction or sentence.
