Upshur County jail
An East Texas man has been convicted in Upshur County District Court on on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and four counts of indecency with a child. 38 year old Obie Earl Tutt the Second of Ore City was then sentenced to 165 years in prison and a $40,000 fine by Judge Lauren Parish. The victims in the case were two young girls.
