ET School Driver Arrested

An East Texas school district employee has been arrested on a Hunt County warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child. 42 year old Jessie J. Rowan worked for the Quinlan ISD. The alleged victim was a female relative who attended school there. Rowan’s bond was set at $100,000. School officials say the incident was not associated with Rowan’s job as a bus driver.
