An East Texas teenager has been captured after a brief foot chase in Marshall. Lavonta Moore, 18, was observed looking through business windows and when officers went to check on him he took off. After he was booked into the Harrison County Jail, he reportedly confessed to committing several burglaries, criminal mischief, and assault of a public servant and theft.
