ETBU Threatens Expulsion For Acting As Clowns

An East Texas Baptist University student was detained after mimicking a clown from his dorm room on campus. School officials say there was no threat to the university or its students in the incident. University President Blair Blackburn now says any incidents of students impersonating clowns could result in suspension or expulsion.
