Feed the Flame fundraiser for the Lamar County Contenders is Friday (Feb 22) at the Paris Elks Lodge. Cas Haley and Montgomery Moore are providing the entertainment. Tickets are $30 per person and include dinner and show. Plus live and silent auctions. The Lamar County Contenders are adults from Lamar County over the age of 21 who have an intellectual disability. The Contenders are no longer in public education programs, there are no sources of funds for activities they participate in, except for what they can raise themselves. This will be the primary fundraiser for this group.
