Halloween In Lamar County Saturday

Paris Community Theatre and Circus Vaudevillian are hosting their first live stream production, an All Hallow’s Eve Extravaganza. Saturday night, they will be hosting a variety show featuring musicians and artists from across North Texas. During the show, they will also be staging a live and interactive ghost hunt at the historic Plaza Theatre. The event will stream live on multiple platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, Saturday night at 8:00.

Pine Ridge Golf Course is having a scary Halloween golf tournament Saturday, Oct. 31. It’s a four-person scramble with a 1:00 pm shotgun start, and there will be a scavenger hunt, costume contest, and trick or treating. Don’t forget the all-new Top Tracer Ranger too.

Beep, honk and wave at the “Spooktacular Drive-Thru” trick or treat Saturday night at Bywaters Park in Paris. It runs from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Just follow the signs around the park. There will also be a drive-thru trick or treat at Quality Care ER 2675 41st street SE. Saturday from 2:00 pm till 8:00 pm.

Maxey House State Historic Site, 812 S. Church St., is hosting a Drive-thru Trick or Treat with Livingston event from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Oct. 31. Participants can drive by the front walkway on S. Church Street and pick up a goodie bag and candy.

The Reno Volunteer Fire Department is holding a Monster Mash and BBQ Cook-off Saturday from noon until 6:00 pm at Reno Kiwanis Park on Pine Mill Road. In addition to the award-winning food, there will be a Trunk or Treat Contest, games, music, costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, and more. All proceeds benefit the Reno Volunteer Fire Department.
The City of Detroit is welcoming trunk or treaters from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Oct. 31, on Front Street by City Hall and the Tabernacle, 180 E. Garner Dr.
