RRRCA – Strange Vegetables

Red River Revue Center for the Arts presents the ‘World Premiere’ of “Strange Vegetables” by Dwayne Yancey, Directed by David Gary Holley.

Admittance is free, and a concession stand is available. The performance is at Detroit Tabernacle, Friday (Aug 24) at 7:00 pm and Saturday (Aug 25) at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Two elderly neighbors get into a competition over who can grow the strangest-looking vegetable and get their picture in the local paper. Each recruits the same neighborhood kid to help them spy on the other.
