Together For The Kingdom

September 28, 2023 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

My name is Pastor Greg Kee, and I live and serve in Paris. I’m inviting you and your pastoral staff members to a beautiful free event to connect and encourage pastors in Paris and Lamar County. I am excited to announce “Together for the Kingdom” — the Common Table 1st Annual Pastors’ Dinner on Thursday, September 28, with our special guest speaker, Dr. Tony Evans.

He is one of the best-known and most respected leaders in evangelical Christianity. It is a fantastic opportunity for us to have him here in Paris due mainly to his current heart and focus for this season of his ministry on equipping and encouraging pastors. We will also enjoy a delicious catered meal from Harlem Night Restaurant in Paris.

Registering yourself and a guest for this free event today is easy! Just go to our website,, and follow these three steps:

1. Click on “Register Here”

2. Click “Buy on Map”

3. Select 1 or 2 purple seats to reserve (no promo code is needed) and provide your name and email to complete the registration.

*Also – please note your table number if you’d like to invite others to reserve tickets at the same table!

Common Table is a local ministry effort that connects local churches and leaders to embody Christ’s prayer for us to be one so that our whole community may see that God’s love is real and the Gospel is true. (John 17:20-23)

Please help make the most of this event by doing two things. First, please be in prayer with me that God will use it to inspire greater unity and cooperation among pastors and churches in our area for the sake of the Gospel and to be a great encouragement to pastors during a tough time of ministry in our world today.

Second, please work with me to promote this event to other pastors in our community as widely as possible. We want to focus primarily on local Paris and Lamar County pastors “to help us know and love one another better in pursuit of Christ’s prayer for our unity and God’s glory (John 17:20-23).”

Feel free to contact me with any questions; we hope to see you there!

Dr. Tony Evans

Dr. Tony Evans is one of the country’s most respected leaders in evangelical circles. He is a pastor, best-selling author, and frequent speaker at Bible conferences and seminars nationwide. He has served as the senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship for over 40 years, witnessing its growth from ten people in 1976 to over 10,000 congregants with over 100 ministries.

Dr. Evans also serves as president of The Urban Alternative. This national ministry seeks to restore hope and transform lives through the proclamation and application of the Word of God. His daily radio broadcast, The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans, can be heard on over 1,400 radio outlets throughout the United States and more than 130 countries.

Dr. Evans holds the honor of writing and publishing an African American’s first full-Bible commentary and study Bible. The study Bible and Commentary sold more than 225,000 in the first year. He is also the former chaplain for the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks.

Through his local church and national ministry, Dr. Evans has set in motion a kingdom agenda philosophy of ministry that teaches God’s comprehensive rule over every area of life as demonstrated through the individual, family, church, and society. This philosophy is the core component of the Tony Evans Training Center, an online provider of biblically-based content. The TETC launched in 2017 and has grown to offer over 40 courses and has over 2,000 enrolled students.

Dr. Evans married Lois, his wife and ministry partner of over 50 years until Lois transitioned to glory in late 2019. They are the proud parents of four, grandparents of thirteen, and great-grandparents of three.
