The City of Paris presents “Walk & Talk.” Texans walk the walk and now talk the talk! Be a Part of the Walk Across Texas! Program. Walking is one of the least expensive and easiest ways to get fit. Start now and reduce your risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. This class will also include a discussion on nutrition topics. The cost is free, and the classes start September 4 and run through October 25, Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:30 am until 9:30 am.
