A former President of Phi Delta Theta fraternity at Baylor University pleaded no contest Monday to a McClennan County indictment for sexual assault. Officials accused 20-year-old Jacob Anderson of drugging and raping a fellow student in 2016. He was sentenced to three years unadjudicated probation and will not have to register as a sex offender. The victim’s family say the plea-deal was a travesty.
