Execution for Texas Convicted Killer Set For Tonight

A 43-year-old convicted killer is set to die tonight for the shooting death of a North Texas liquor store clerk during a robbery more than 25 years ago. Gustavo Garcia’s lethal injection T would be the third execution this year in Texas.  The December  fatal shooting of 43-year-old Craig Turski was one of two linked to Garcia within a month.
