Fallin Says Oklahoma Property Tax Measure Must Be On Ballot

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin says a measure to give Oklahoma school districts the authority to use property tax revenue for classroom needs will on the general election ballot in November. If approved by voters, districts could use the money for teacher salaries and textbooks without raising taxes.
