Fallin Signs Largest Spending Bill In Oklahoma’s History

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin has signed into law the most massive spending bill in Oklahoma’s history. The $7.6 billion bill pumps hundreds of millions of new dollars into public education and state agencies, much of it for raises for teachers and state workers. Much of the new revenue comes from tax increases on cigarettes, fuel and energy production.
