Fannin County Convicted Of Aggravated Assault

A Fannin County man has been convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and faces 25 years to life in prison at his sentencing today. Investigators say 48-year-old Timothy Lueck stabbed Rodolfo Esquivel in his foot last May. Lueck has 7 prior felony convictions and has spent most of his adult life in prison.
