Fannin County Judge Retiring

A party was held Wednesday for Fannin County Judge Randy Moore, retiring at the end of the year after serving for four years. Moore said he was proud of balancing Fannin County’s budget, finishing the restoration of the 1888 historic courthouse, and building a new justice center. Newt Cunningham will take over as county judge on January 1.
