Fannin County Man Convicted of Pointing Gun at Law Enforcement

A Fannin County man has been convicted of pointing a gun at a deputy sheriff. James Harold Moon, 54, of Windom was then sentenced by the jury that convicted him to 25 years in prison and fined $10,000. The attorney for Moon said his client will appeal the conviction and sentence.
