A Fannin County man was killed over the weekend in a boating accident in Louisiana. Authorities say six men, including 36-year-old Jacob Fulmer II of Ector – plus the captain – were on a 25 foot bay boat when it hit a well head in the water, throwing three people off. Fulmer, who was one of those three, was fatally injured. The Coast Guard is investigating the accident.
