Fannin County Man Found Guilty of Sexual Assault of Child

Timoteo Garza, Jr., has been convicted in Fannin County of sexually abusing a boy and girl in 2016. He faces 25 years to life in prison in the sentencing phase of his trial. He had previously been convicted in 1999 of assaulting another child and was sentenced to probation. Garza violated his probation in that case and served five years in prison.
