A 48 year old man has been convicted and sentenced in Fannin County for his involvement in a theft ring. James Ruyle will serve 4 years for seven enhanced state jail felony offenses of burglary of a building, and another term of 4 years for unlawful possession of a firearm by felon. He was arrested at his home in Bonham after investigators found stolen items including a tractor, building supplies, an 18-wheeler and a trailer.
