Fannin County Mother And Son Indicted

A Fannin County mother and son have been indicted for insurance fraud, by allegedly scamming the City of Bonham’s health insurer. Kathy Ball was human resource director for Bonham for 30 years and her son Rickey was a part-time clerical worker. Officials say they were receiving payouts for medical treatment that they shouldn’t have been receiving. Cigna insurance was also out $231,000 in bogus claims.
