Fannin County Officer Charged With Impersonating A Judge

The Fannin County District Attorney  has charged a Trenton Reserve Police Officer with  posing as a judge. Investigators say John Shuler allegedly signed a search warrant for a blood draw while he was working a DWI stop. Shuler has since been fired. Shuler had allegedly filled out two other warrants prior to the one in question. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison.
