Fannin County Sexual Assault Re-Trial Posponed

Trial was postponed  in Fannin County for a former youth pastor and substitute teacher accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy 22 times. The two previous trials for Lyle Huddlestun of Bonham ended in mistrials. Huddleston wants the case dismissed, but District Attorney Richard Glaser wants to try the case again. Unless his appeal is granted, Huddleston is due back in court on June 13.
